Visit to UK and my first taste of UK

I boarded my flight on wednesday morning. I had left home with confidence. Wat I didnt expect was the tears threatening to fall. Just cudnt a put a finger on why I felt so. The flight was a little tiring with travelling for 14 hrs straight and then boarding the flight to Glasgow from London Heathrow airport. It was all as I had expected. A busy airport very much business like. But the moment changed when I was flying to glasgow. Such a beautiful country. If the cloud permits you, , , all u can see is green green and more green. And somewhere in middle you can see a beautiful place with all identical roofed houses(thts all I can see from tht height, he he) and clear paths. Very wonderfully planned. And moving towards glasgow there's lot of those green fields and now its all dotted with white spots. . . I guess its all cows. I cud seeter a lot still on the way to office. We landed at glasgow and we had to call the hotel before reaching there. So we decided to buy a sim on the way to the hotel and tried to tke a taxi. Unfortunately the taxi driver didnt know abt the route. Still he got the address and took us to a mall where I can get sim. Everywhere everyone was so helpful. No frowning or anything. Scotland was all I expected and more. After the help from the sales person who volunteerly helped by guiding to the right kind of sim we needed we go it and left to the hotel. The rest of the journey was calls to family and friends. Reaching the hotel, we just wanted to reach the rooms and then Bed and we did just tht. But we were careful not to sleep coz' the best way to fight jet lag is to try following the time zone of the place we are in.We met Elizabeth, the owner and then walked into our apartment. OMG it was beautiful. A little rundown but was stright out of books with a fireplace, a rug in front of it and lovely couches where am now writing this from. I just peeped into a room just like the living room, big beds, windows and a beautiful lawn in front of the window. Wat more do I need. Tell me?????
